Chimichurri is a simple sauce. This one is not spicy and and does not use vinegar.
Ingredients
1/2 head of parsley
2-3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of olive oil
juice of half a lemon
salt and pepper
Preparation
Throw it all in a blender and blend.
Pairs nicely with sautéed mushrooms or portobello steaks.
It also works great on baguettes or sour dough to create a really great garlic bread flavour.
