Tangy mets switch with a little bit of a garlic zing with this honey dijon salad dressing. This salad dressing is very quick and easy to make.
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
4 tsp. raw wildflower honey
1 tsp. sea salt
2 cloves garlic, pressed
black pepper, to taste
Whisk everything up in a bowl and transfer to a jar. Alternatively, use a blender. If you use a Vitamix you don’t have to press the garlic beforehand.
Makes enough to fill a medium-sized jar.
